It's Raining Men

guysnightoutsquare.jpg

Man-showers, a prelude to the bachelor party, are becoming more popular as weddings extend from focusing all of the attention on the bride and minimal attention on the groom. We are still awaiting our first man-shower formal invitation, so I chose a guys’-night-out invite to show off.  I barely know what happens in the minds of the other sex, but I do know that this is one cute (I mean, manly) card. The design was taken from our Volume II Mitzvah album.  I also wonder if the men are forced to play bridal bingo and eat tiny mints and salty nuts out of little white paper cups at their showers? Hmmmmm.....

And the Bando Played On

hcotdoctober8.jpg

OK, so maybe a little bit of my own bohemian style is coming out in full force with my love for this store. I love their motto because it also represents who we are.

They say, “Each piece is totally handmade, using totally awesome materials, truly custom and always fantastic.” Sounds familiar.

Similar to Bando, we use totally awesome materials and have a perfectly fantastic team assembling your custom invitations. We love them as much as you do!

Check ‘em out! Your finger may get tired from scrolling, but it’s like a mini-workout session right?

P.S. Here are a few examples of our awesomeness…

You would like four rhinestones and a palm tree on your card? Sure, no problem!

My son loves camouflage; can we put it on his mitzvah invitation? Oh yes!

My husband and I want to combine our family crests on our wedding invitations – is that OK? You betcha!

Can we send you patterned paper to work with?  Of course you can!

Is it possible that you can mount my newborns photo on the announcement? So cute, and of course!

Until next time,

Megan @ L.V.

Duff and Roses

blackroses.jpg

I recently came across the Stuart Weitzman celebrity shoe auction for charity and found this adorably cute shoe designed by Hillary Duff. She calls it “vintage blazer” (which is super cool). I like this shoe because it reminds me of the white-tone roses pattern in our upcoming wedding album. We will be soon offering this exclusive special tone in limited colors for your wedding invitations. These invites will surely not pinch your toes, and if you insist, I will add a signed poster of myself in the UPS box.
